Terms & Conditions 1 Angpao – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Players

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the 1 Angpao platform, including the website, online services, games, and any other features provided by us. These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which also form part of the overall agreement between you and 1 Angpao.

Your continued use of the 1 Angpao platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

2. Account Registration Eligibility

To register and use the 1 Angpao platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally restricted from entering into contracts are not permitted to register.

• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 1 Angpao. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

3. User Account Management

3.1 Registration and Verification

During the registration process, you are required to provide your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, an active email address, and any information needed for identity verification. 1 Angpao reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), bank statements, or other documents deemed necessary for legal compliance purposes.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. 1 Angpao will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the 1 Angpao support team immediately.

3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

As a responsible platform, 1 Angpao fully complies with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements. You may be asked to complete an identity verification process before your first withdrawal is approved, or once your account reaches certain transaction thresholds. This process is in place to protect both you and the platform against fraud and money laundering.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

1 Angpao supports legitimate and recognised deposit methods for Malaysian users. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the 1 Angpao account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to successful verification.

1 Angpao reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review purposes, pending KYC verification, or where suspicious account activity is detected. In such cases, our team will contact you within 48 hours.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 1 Angpao platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Foreign currencies are not accepted. Any transaction submitted in a currency other than MYR will be rejected by our system.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

5.1 Bonus Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1 Angpao are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the respective promotion terms. As a general guide:

• Welcome bonus: Rollover requirement as stated in the promotion terms
• Daily deposit bonus: Subject to current promotion terms
• Cashback: Minimum rollover may apply depending on the programme

5.2 One Bonus Per Account

Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, per phone number, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to obtain duplicate bonuses through multiple accounts or other means will be treated as fraud and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a validity period that will be stated in the respective promotion terms. Unused bonuses that expire within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without compensation. It is the member's responsibility to check the expiry dates of all active bonuses in their account.

6. General Betting Rules

6.1 All Game Results are Final

The outcome of all games on the 1 Angpao platform — including slots, table games, poker, lottery, Sports Betting, and e-sports — is final and cannot be disputed once a round or match has concluded. This includes results determined by an independently audited and transparent RNG (Random Number Generator).

6.2 Bet Rejection

1 Angpao reserves the right to decline, void, or reduce any bet at any time on reasonable grounds, including but not limited to technical errors, suspicious betting activity, or a breach of terms. In the event a bet is voided, the full stake will be returned to the account balance.

6.3 Game Suspension

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue before completion, 1 Angpao will apply industry standards to determine the outcome — either resuming from the point of interruption or cancelling the round and refunding the wager. Our decision in such matters is final.

7. Accepted User Conduct

As a 1 Angpao member, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of misconduct that compromises the integrity of a game, including colluding with other players in head-to-head games
• Uploading or distributing offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate content through any communication channel on the platform
• Using a 1 Angpao account for money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Transferring funds between different 1 Angpao accounts (including through gameplay) with the intent of circumventing bonus or withdrawal requirements
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage – any winnings obtained through such means will be voided
• Attempting to access areas of the platform not authorised for regular users

Violation of any of the above may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all pending winnings and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

8. Data Privacy & Information Protection

9.2 Suspension by 1 Angpao

• Failure to complete the KYC verification process
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity or betting transactions for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. 1 Angpao reserves the right to impose a monthly management fee on inactive accounts that still hold a balance. Notice will be sent before any fee is applied.

10. Disclaimer & Liability Limitations

The 1 Angpao platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1 Angpao makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability of the platform, the accuracy of its content, or its fitness for any particular purpose.

1 Angpao is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control
• Your betting outcomes and the financial consequences arising from your betting activity
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Third-party content or services that may be linked from our platform

11. Responsible Gaming

1 Angpao takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial difficulties or a source of income. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their betting activity:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit for your preferred time period
